Scope of Work: I will provide video editing services for gaming content, including montage editing, gameplay highlights, and full video editing. I AM NOT CONFIDENT AT MOTION GRAPHICS / MUSIC VIDEOS. Please look at my portfolio for an example of my style.

Payment: I require full payment via PayPal before starting on your commission. NO REFUNDS. Please send me your PayPal email in your DM. All prices are in USD.

Turnaround Time: This time will be highlighted in the "Prices" section of this site. If you require a deadline please let me know before commissioning me.

Revisions: Two small revisions are included in the base price. Additional revisions will be charged at $5 USD per hour.

Priority and Deadlines: While your videos are my first priority, there may be instances where I take on multiple projects simultaneously. If you have a specific deadline or urgent timeline for your video project, please inform me at the time of commissioning. I will make every effort to accommodate your deadline, but advance notice is crucial for proper scheduling and timely delivery. Your satisfaction and meeting your expectations remain my top priority, and clear communication regarding deadlines helps ensure a smooth and successful editing process.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions, necessary gameplay footage, and timely feedback throughout the editing process. You can find an example of instructions on my "How To" page. If you forget to tell me how you would like the video edited after I have worked on it, you will be charged extra.

Ownership and Rights: The client retains full ownership rights of the edited video as long as there is clear credits to me somewhere in the description or pinned comments of video. However, I reserve the right to use excerpts of the video for promotional purposes.

Confidentiality: All client information and content provided will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent. I will take all necessary measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration of your information. However, it is important to note that while I will make every effort to ensure the security of your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

Liability: I am not liable for any actions, statements, or content produced by the creators I have worked with. While I may edit their content, I do not have control over their conduct or the content they create independently of my editing services. I endeavor to select clients who align with my values and standards, I cannot guarantee the character or conduct of every individual I work with. By commissioning my editing services, you acknowledge that I do my best to ensure a positive working relationship with clients who uphold respectful, ethical behavior and create a safe place for others.

Views and Engagement: I do not control or guarantee the amount of views, likes, or engagement that your video will receive after it has been uploaded to your platform. While I strive to produce high-quality content that resonates with your audience, factors such as platform algorithms, audience preferences, and marketing efforts are beyond my control. My responsibility is limited to providing editing services to the best of my abilities.

Data Storage: After I have sent the edited videos to the client, they will no longer be stored on my computer or any drives after one week from the date of delivery. It is the client's responsibility to ensure timely download and storage of the edited videos. I am not liable for any loss or damage to the videos once they have been delivered.

Content Restrictions: I will not edit anything that is racist, homophobic, overly sexual or otherwise hateful (including bullying.) Swearing is permissible, however, please inform me if you would like explicit language to be censored or left uncensored in the edited content. By commissioning my editing services, you agree not to provide or request any content that violates this policy.

Prices Subject to Change: Prices for editing services are subject to change at any time without prior notice. However, any changes in pricing will not affect commissions for which payment has already been made or agreed upon.

After I receive the files of the VOD for editing I will send you a PayPal invoice within a day of receiving the files.

I begin to watch the VOD and start clipping it down to a desired length.

Then the next step is adding memes and subtitles along with fitting SFX and transitions,

Once I rewatch it to make sure all is well I then export, upload to Google Drive, and send the Google Drive link to you!

Promotion: Utilize social media platforms, gaming forums, and gaming communities to promote your videos. Sharing your content across multiple channels increases visibility and attracts new viewers.

Collaborations: Collaborate with other gaming content creators to expand your reach and tap into their audience. Cross-promotion can introduce your content to new viewers who share similar interests.

Optimize SEO: Pay attention to search engine optimization (SEO) by including relevant keywords, tags, and descriptions in your video metadata. This helps improve your video's visibility and ranking in search results.

Encourage Subscriptions, Notifications and Call to Actions: Encourage viewers to subscribe to your channel and turn on notifications so they never miss an upload. Building a strong subscriber base increases the likelihood of your videos being seen and shared. Call to actions include asking your audience questions, polls, etc.

Analyzing Performance: Use analytics tools provided by platforms like YouTube to track the performance of your videos. Pay attention to metrics such as watch time, audience retention, and engagement to understand what content resonates best with your audience.
